What is School House Craft?
School House Craft helps artists and crafters find the knowledge they need to make their businesses last through an annual small business conference in Seattle, Washington.
October 16–17, 2015 at Sunset Hill Community Club, Seattle
In it’s sixth year, our annual conference consists of two jam packed days of classes taught by instructors from all over the region and across the U.S. Our classes range from website basics to how to sell to shops and stores, and from designing a better booth display to getting great press. Our annual conference has become the place to learn how to start and grow one’s creative small business empire!
With both interest in and demand for handmade goods growing by leaps and bounds each year, creative business owners need support in learning business skills and forming a strong community support network so they can better serve their customers and thrive in the creative economy. School House Craft will send students out ready to better their small business and strengthen their communities.
Our events draw in emerging and established entrepreneurs and those just thinking about turning their craft into a career. The events are open to everyone interested in learning about how to run a creative small business.
